Following on from my last post – all the IT tools and wonderful websites and potential for collaboration are of limited value if I lack an active inquiring disposition.
This inquiring energy supports and directs my learning. Think of actions like;
- taking the initiative about communication
- thinking in questions that have depth and build on each other as learning progresses
- listening – before judging and evaluating
- sharing and growing to collaborate
Such actions open up learning doors in ways one does not expect and I am certain as we apply such actions we get back far more than we have put in to any learning group.
